At Garden-Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water feature. If your fountain isn't the perfect fit for your landscape, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the fountain and repack it in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all pump components and decorative accents are securely cushioned.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
