How are the fountains shipped to ensure they don't break?
Our fountains are securely packed in custom-engineered crates with shock-absorbent materials. For larger stone units, we use professional LTL freight carriers with lift-gate service to ensure a safe arrival at your doorstep.
Do I need to hire a plumber for installation?
Most of our garden fountains are self-contained and do not require permanent plumbing. You simply fill them with water and plug the submersible pump into a standard outdoor GFCI electrical outlet.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made cast stone items may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I maintain my fountain during the winter?
In freezing climates, we recommend draining your fountain completely and covering it or moving it indoors. Water freezing inside the pump or the basin can cause cracks in stone or resin materials.
Are the pumps energy-efficient?
Yes, all our fountains come with high-quality, UL-listed submersible pumps designed for continuous use with minimal energy consumption, typically costing only pennies a day to operate.
Can I use tap water in my fountain?
While tap water is fine, we recommend using distilled water or adding a water treatment solution to prevent algae growth and mineral scale buildup, which can affect the pump's longevity.
